I had a very interesting experience in mid June 2016when I was asked by the Explosive Dance and Theatre Co if I would be prepared to lend them my jewellery for a photoshoot they would be doing on Sunday, June 5th. They had found me via the Perth Creative Network on Facebook. I agreed and on Sunday I arrived at about 8:50am at the River View Studios in Bayswater to find a group of eager dance students waiting for the studio to open so they could have their hair and makeup done. Their clothes they had brought with them. When they were ready for their photo session they got to choose the jewellery they would wear. Great excitement at having original one-off pieces from which to choose and give their outfits just that little bit of originality. Photoshoots are what you would expect: times of activity; lots of waiting around; and finally the photographing. It was a most enjoyable morning and fantastic to see my jewellery in such a professional setting. I took some behind the scenes photos and Dave Ditchburn took the professional shots of the girls.
